Am I an expert? Do I need to be one?

Have you ever considered asking someone for a Tarot reading? Are you thinking this is a crazy thing to do? Or do you think this is absolutely wonderful? Do you imagine me, looking at you over my crystal ball?

I would be happy to hear from you with any question you may have. Tarot reading is just another fun activity, one of my hobbies, something I like to do. I am not a medium, I am not a witch, I am not a weirdo in any sense of the word.

I am someone who wants to help others.

You ask a question, you draw the cards and I read what I see. It will click or it won't. Most probably it will because I will be tuned into the energy that flows from you. You come to a reading with your personal wishes, anticipation, mysteries and wondering. This is the beauty of it. I might be able to pick up on this and give you some answers, offer some clarity on what you actually want, need.

I will tell you things that you already know, and I will offer validation. Validation is a beautiful gift. It helps you build your confidence, believe in yourself.

Special November

What can we celebrate in November? Many things: Remembrance day, Thanksgiving, and my birthday! To emphasize these wonderful occasions to remember people who lost their life so that we could live, to thank people for giving others a place to settle, to be grateful for the life I was given 53 years ago, I am writing this post.

Choosing a deck

My dear colleagues,

When I started reading Tarot, or thinking about it, rather, I used the classical Tarot de Marseille. As months went by, I looked for a little more explicit pictures, something that would help me tell people what is happening, what they should work towards. The message of the cards became the most important factor for me, and I found out that there were a lot of different decks out there.

I use the Rider Waite Smith (RWS) every day. I find it modest and engaging. I finally purchased a Radiant RWS which correspond even more to the state of mind I wish to be in when I help people.

A while back, I came across the Mucha Tarot deck and I found it attractive. I purchased one and since then, I have been looking at it, wondering how to use it. It is more that I am worried to let the art in the pictures take me another way. As a result, I am still not using it for readings.

To make my point clearer, I have made a short video. Don't let the terrible French accent throw you off (I probably do not sound like that in real life, Gosh! I hope so!). I have tried to explain why I find that the art disrupts my reading.

This is the beginning of my journey as a virtual Tarot reader. My dear visitor, I welcome you. You might be someone looking for an answer today, some guidance to face tomorrow, or you might be another Tarot reader looking to start on a journey just like mine.

Whatever your purpose is, just know that I am extremely grateful that you have landed here on this very first page. This was my very first blog post and I am migrating it from another provider.
